PLC migration project for CWRP:
PLC code Migration and testing for Water Reclamation Plant Air-Condition Mechanical Ventilation System through our System Integrator customer. We migrated old code from existing PLCs to new PLCs for around 530 PLCs.
The work involved the following:
- Understanding the entire system PLC programming and documenting
- Migrate existing programs to new Mitsubishi and Schneider PLCs
- Review and develop Programs for various equipment with provided Sequence of Operation
- Developed testing tools and programs
- Provide remote support in testing at the site to our system integrator team.
